
Course Content and Strategy
This course explores the use of mindfulness in education and its proven benefits for both learners and teachers. Through practical workshops educators will learn to reduce stress and prevent burnout among teachers and school staff. Participants will have the opportunity to gain practical tools aimed at improving students’ focus, resilience, and emotional regulation.
By the end of the course, participants will have developed skills that will enable them to introduce and use mindfulness exercises applicable in their classrooms and consequently support students’mental health. Moreover, educators will learn the techniques enabling them to prevent burnout.
